Palazzo takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. For example, we use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files, and we authorize access to personal data only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.
You may update, correct or delete information about you at any time by logging into your online account or sending an email with your request to customercare@palazzo.com. If you wish to deactivate your account, please also email us at customercare@palazzo.com. Please note that certain information about you may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from Palazzo at any time by contacting customercare@palazzo.com. We will take commercially reasonable steps to implement your opt-out request promptly, but you may still receive communications from us for up to 14 business days as we process your request. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as emails about your account and our ongoing business relations.
